Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Corpus Christi Central

Most part stay was good. A few things that need fixing. Breakfast on Saturday morning was superb. I was impressed on how detailed everything was. The amount of options was endless. Covered everyone’s needs. Attendant was very on point with keeping things filled. Then came Sunday morning. Absolutely horrible. Many items were out. Things were not fresh looking. Everything looked reused from previous day leftovers. Fresh fruit prob should’ve been thrown away for sure. Hardly any cereal. Eggs were horrible- just egg whites. Sausages look reheated too many times. Different attendant Sunday. I questioned why so different from Saturday and she said she’d ran out of most things. Not her fault but unacceptable for sure. Someone needs the job to do inventory more often. We left and went elsewhere for breakfast. Had fresh tea on Friday but not rest of weekend. Night host was very quiet and not very welcoming as you’d walk by. Always on computer without greeting anyone Which is fine but may annoy others. Day time check in guy Friday and Saturday morning was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean except elevators seemed like they needed a time up. Loud and kinda scary to ride in. Room was great for most part. Bed was super hard. I prefer soft others may prefer hard. Didn’t sleep well since it wasn’t my preference. Bathroom was really nice and clean. Very nice shower. Very updated with nice shower head and pretty tile surrounding. Overall stay was good.

The Good- I would stay here again if I wanted to save money and have a pleasant experience. I enjoyed the breakfast because it's complimentary and has a variety of options. Tre at the front desk was very helpful & professional. The Bad- I didn't like that a house keeper entered my room without being asked upon check-in whether or not I would like house keeping during my stay. I felt like my privacy was invaded and concerned of potential theft based on previous reviews. Especially because I was not in the room when the house keeper serviced our room. Whoever is responsible for building maintenance or to get the process started for issues such as the front automatic doors that were not functioning properly is dropping the ball and should be more prompt. I overhead a comment from one employee to another about the automatic sliding front entrance door having been broken for over 5 days. This is unacceptable & causes for certain customers to be rude to the employees about it, as I witnessed.

Good for the price. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms seemed clean enough. Not bad for a one night stay. Recently stayed at a hotel that had paper thin walls, and this one was the opposite which is now what I look for and appreciate like with this one! Good distance from North Beach and downtown too.

The hotel is neat, all the staff are very friendly. The have a variety of choice for breakfast . Hot breakfast , fresh fruit, cereal.

I just want to say this hotel saved us last minute to find a place to stay. We were going to stay at Comfort Suites next door (before finding this hotel) but decided not to after being treated horribly by their front desk and THE REVIEWS!! I’m all about reviews and that’s why I wanted to take time and shout this hotel out! Not only did the save us last minute for a place to stay but the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean as well! Oh, and the bed’s were comfortable. 100% recommend. Shout out to Juan he was so helpful when we explained our situation he made sure to make the situation better thank you so much.

Idk about other peoples experiences calling the hotel run down, maybe they made big renovations recently. Best hotel I’ve found so far on this side of town. Breakfast food and layout is freshest and best I’ve seen in Marriott properties

Great hotel but yall need a sign like the other businesses have signs I love signs pls put a fairfield sign pls

The reviews below were not my experience. We visited Sept 2025. Rooms were clean. They allowed us to check in early. Breakfast ended at 10. We didn’t use the pool. This place is 15 minutes from White Cap because but far from other beaches. I would recommend for families
